Hakomi Experiences
The Hakomi Method can be learned and practiced in multiple ways. Some may start with a single session, either one-on-one or in a Hakomi circle. Some may feel the need for a series of sessions. Others may choose to experience Hakomi in community, through a “Meet-Up” or Workshop. All bring value at any point in a Hakomi journey.

Hakomi Circles
An opportunity to witness, assist, and experience a full Hakomi session
Hakomi Circles include three participants and myself as the practitioner. Each participant gets a full session while the other two are holding space and assisting under my direction. There is also an opportunity after each session to debrief the experience and how the method was used. Hakomi Circles immerse you in the inner workings of the practice and all sides of its “assisted self-discovery” process.

Hakomi Workshops
MARCH 7, 2026 / Powell River, BC
Spring Workshop | Emergence: What Wants to Unfold
An experiential Hakomi workshop exploring what's ready to emerge from the darkness of winter into spring's light.
Spring reminds us that growth happens in its own time: seeds wait underground until conditions are right, then push toward light with remarkable force. In this workshop, we explore what within you has been waiting, what wants to unfold, and what conditions your system needs to allow emergence.
This is a place where you can rest into being fully yourself. Experience Hakomi practices with others, build meaningful connections, and choose how much you share or explore.
Everyone is welcome.
